The Gentex 7109LS is a portable photoelectric smoke alarm designed for use by individuals with hearing disabilities. This portable alarm features a strobe light with red FIRE” lettering and a 90decibel (dB) audible signal, a full-function test switch. The high intensity strobe has a 177 candela rating and flashes 60 times per minute. Hardware is included for mounting on a wall if portability is not necessary. POWER: Plugs into standard wall outlet. Battery backup is provided for the audible signal only.
