2. What is our shipping policy?

Save More on Fire Alarm Parts includes 3 day UPS or USPS Priority mail free for all purchases. Your order will be shipped as soon as the product is confirmed to be available and your payment has cleared. Our goal is ship all orders within 24-hours of purchase.
Please allow 1-2 business days before receiving a tracking number.

Expedited shipping fees are billed to the buyer.

Shipping is only provided throughout the continental US unless special arrangement has been made ahead of purchase.

4. Do we ship outside the United States?

Shipping is only provided throughout the continental US unless special arrangement has been made ahead of purchase.

5. Do we provide a warranty on our new and refurbished parts?

We provide a 1 Year Replace or Refund Protection Plan on all new and seller reconditioned products. Contact us for any return and we’ll send you a pre-paid return label. Credit will be issued within 72 hours of receipt of returned item and inspection.

6. Do we buy fire system parts?

Yes, we do buy new and used fire system parts. Email us a parts list and cost. We will review and reach back out to discuss.
